This beautiful penthouse has 3 floors with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, independent kitchen, living-dining room and 3 terraces with views.



On the main floor there is an independent fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with twin beds, a bathroom with bathtub, a spacious living-dining room with a dining table for 6 and a Smart TV, as well as a lovely terrace that can be accessed from the bedroom, the bathroom and the living room.

The other two bedrooms are located in the second floor, the master bedroom has its own private bathroom with bathtub, and next to the third bedroom there is another bathroom with a walk-in shower, there is a lovely terrace that can be accessed from both bedrooms.

The third and final floor is a large rooftop terrace with BBQ and shower, perfect to sunbath and refresh with the terrace shower.



All the bedrooms and the living room have aircon units and free high speed internet with fibre optic.



Parking space: 6€ per night - availability should be confirmed in advance.



All the terraces have sea views and the development has got a beautiful garden, a large pool open in 2024 from the 1st of July to end of September (from 10 to 15h and from 17 to 21h) and a tennis court.



LOCATION



Located in the Tomás Maestre Marina, there is a big supermarket (Supercor) less than 5 minutes walking distance, and it's surrounded by bars, restaurants, shops, farmacy...

Less than 10 minutes walking distance there is a Multi Sport Center with tennis, paddle and footbal courts, and with very complete interior installations, such as a gym with sea views, all the installations can be used by visitors, which can also enjoy the large number of classes like Zumba, Pilates...



The Mar Menor beach is 400 meters from the apartment and the Mediterranean about 600.

The area has many playgrounds.

A flexible rate es available for a 10% supplement, free cancellation up to 5 days prior arrival, rate available from September to June, both included. Dogs allowed with prior notice (25€ fee for the whole stay).

Smoking inside of the apartment is not allowed. Otherwise, it will result in the loss of your deposit.

Arrivals between 9pm and 12am need to be confirmed before booking and a late check in fee of €30 will apply.
