Pool house in a small fisherman village Arbanija, Čiovo - Central Dalmatia, is 100m away from the sea. In the vicinity there is a pebbly beach. During your vacation, no other guests are staying in this house. The house has private pool, huge garden and parking area is surrounded by a high stone wall and access is secured by an iron door that is locked. House is under the video surveillance. There is no external access to the house and the garden and pool is hidden from outside view.
There is free Wi-Fi access in the accommodation unit. There is also a yard of 300 m2 around this house with BBQ facilities, pool, exotic decking, outside kitchen and outdoor solar shower. With this house you can also use a parking lot which is secured and only guests and host have accessibility.

The house is built and reconstructed in June 2024. Restored old furniture and art paintings give elegance and warmth to this house.
