Villa Anastasia is located in Costa Smeralda, in the middle of the magnificent Gallura. From here you can easily reach all the main interesting places: within 10 km you can find San Pantaleo village, famous for its cool Thursday stallmarket and antique stores; Porto Rotondo and Porto Cervo, celebrated for the nightlife and fashion boutiques; all famous beaches Liscia Ruja, Cala del Principe, Capriccioli, Ira, Marinella, Rena Bianca. Is located on the top of a hill from where you can admire the whole Gulf of Cugnana and Porto Rotondo village. The villa park is utterly fenced. We have olive and fruit trees, a vegetable garden, and a delicious grove surrounded by the Mediterranean vegetation. The high position let you enjoy a stunning Porto Rotondo bay view even from the swimming pool and from the private terrace available in all our guest rooms.

Our pool is available only for our guests. The shallow water let the childen swim in safely.

A wide free parking is available for all our guests (it’s not necessary to book it), who will receive a remote control so they can move whenever they want.

Our offer is made mainly for families and couples.

For couples we have available a small apartment with kitchenette.

For families we have family rooms, (two joined rooms) for 4 or 5 people.

If you have a newborn baby please ask for a cradle at the time of booking, as long as you can find it next to your bed at your arrival.

Each room is provided with air conditioning and satellite TV, private bathroom, wi-fi. They are large and have a private terrace provided with outdoor furniture as long as you can relax and enjoy the cool summer evening breeze. From all terrace you will have a stunning view of the sea and the swimming pool.

Every morning we clean rooms, and every three days we change bed linen and towels.

Villa Anastasia is not a public restaurant, is a chef home restaurant and you will not find the typical dishes of the touristic restaurants on the coast or of the holiday farms nearby. At your arrival you can take a look at our menu, which includes the most frequently required dishes, but you can also choose to tell us what you’d like to eat and let Francesca offer her dishes, made with fresh ingredients picked from our garden or bought at the market the same day. We offer traditional Mediterranean and Italian dishes cooked immediately.
