This lovely bright sea view house is located in Son Serra de Marina, which has a lovely natural sandy beach with crystal clear water. It's also only a short drive away from Muro beach and the town of Can Picafort.

It has an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge on the second floor to maximize the great views from the large windows, you can sit on the sofa and watch the sailing yachts on the sea.



On the ground floor are three bedrooms, the master with double bed and en-suite bathroom, the second has a double bed and the third two single beds. The second and third bedroom share a bathroom with walk in shower. There is a separate toilet next to the lounge. On the ground level terraces there is ample storage for bicycles, wind and kite surfing equipment, surf or paddle-boards.



The house has a beautiful terrace with fantastic views, where you can enjoy dining and relaxing; there are sun beds, sofas, a dining table and chairs and a gas Weber barbecue; there's also an outside shower for cooling down on those hot summer days.



The house is equipped with hot and cold air conditioning. (We politely ask you to be responsible with energy consumption.)
