Located on the top of the hill in a pine and olive farm, this wonderful summer house is only a few meters from the beautiful beach of Ververonda and has a magnificent sea view to Spetses and south Pelopennese. Τhis house is a part of a biggest house and it is situated on an enclosed plot of 16.000 m2.
The 85 sm2 house has one living room, one bedroom with a double bed (and an extra bed if needed), one bedroom with two single beds and one bathroom. It also provides a kitchenette with a fridge. The terrace offers an incredible view to the sea and to the surrounding area.
The main entrance of the property is less than 100 meters from 3 wonderful beaches with crystal water and big pine trees providing shadow. There is also a seaside canteen that provides refreshments and some hot meals.

The place is ideal for one-day excursions to many interest places such as the islands of Spetses, Hydra and Poros, the beautiful city of Nafplio, the unique ancient theatre of Epidavros and many others places.
The house is 4 kilometeres away from the centre of Porto Cheli where you can choose among a range of activities and water sports from diving and boating to cycling and day trips to the surrounding islands that will make your stay unforgettable. There is also a summer cinema and plenty of shops, bars, cafeteries and restaurants.
