Situated on one of the slopes of the Salobre Golf Course, the villa affords a magnificent view of the mountains of south-west Gran Canaria.

The The architecture of this villa has been designed to fit in well with the landscape with stone, glass and warm colours adapting to the rugged mountains. This single-floor villa has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, study and a living room with direct access to the pool area.

Much attention to detail has been given to ensure a warm and modern atmosphere, ensuring visitors feel right at home. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils. We believe that attention to detail, even in the kitchen, is vital to ensure the best for our customers.

The rooms, all with direct access to the garden, allow in plenty of natural daylight through the large windows. The bedrooms are equipped with spacious wardrobes and are designed to offer the perfect rest.

Pool features
Rectangle-shaped, roman steps and stainless steel ladder to access the pool, pool heating service (optional) with a surcharge, 8 metres long, 4 metres wide and 1,4 metres deep.
