Evans House Ι – One Bedroom Evans Apartment is fully renovated with respect to its more than 100 years old architectural design and a lot of attention to every detail capable of accommodating 2-3 people. It is equipped with a king size double bed with luxurious mattress as well as a one person sofa-bed, a kitchen, a fireplace and a bathroom with shower. A luxurious Chania center seaside accommodation.

This is one of the 3 apartments of Evans House. It is located at the ground flour at Evans Str No 7 & its main entrance is shared with Luxury Studio with Veranda.

All modern facilities are provided, luxury bed mattress, wifi, solar heated boiler, flat TV, A/C unit as well as washing machine and dryer.

This century old heritage stone house in the heart of the city is fully restored with all modern amenities while keeping its old world charm. Situated in an easy to park street you’ll enjoy being right in the middle of the all the historic and touristic attractions without the road noise.

The space was restored keeping two things in mind, to provide modern amenities and comfort and to maintain the original heritage character of the building. The architect went to great lengths to restore, reuse and recycle much from the original structure, reclaimed wood and original tiles were refitted.
