This 3 bedroom villa is just a stones throw from the sea and is situated near Ayia Napa. It sits in approximately 50 meters to the crystal clear Mediterranean Sea.

Three double bedrooms and two adult bunk beds, all ensuite, can accommodate up to 10 persons. There’s ample place for everyone in the open-plan living area with lounge and dining room for 10 persons, unique swimming pool in the garden with sunbathing deck with sun loungers for relaxing by the pool and fully equipped kitchen. There is also two family bathrooms and the villa is air conditioned throughout for a comfortable stay. The Villa has an outside shower and traditional brick built Cypriot BBQ. Front of the villa there is parking.

In addition to the standard airport meet & greet service, every 3 days maid service, pool and garden maintenance, and baby equipment upon request, a variety of VIP concierge services can be booked prior to arrival or after you settle in.
