Casa Chill Out is a spacious 3 bedroom property, which can also be rented as a 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom property. The property is rented to you exclusively during your stay.

Casa Chill Out is furnished and decorated to a very high standard throughout. The property is situated in a peaceful residential area and has stunning views of countryside, farmland and mountains. The house is within walking distance of Nerja’s many amenities, yet with stunning views of rural Andalucia - the best of both worlds!

The house boasts a spacious sunny terrace at the front and a patio at the rear. Both are perfect for alfresco dining. Dining on the terrace is a delight, with birdsong at breakfast time and swifts swooping overhead in the evenings.

The lounge is tastefully furnished and is light, bright and airy . It has a dining table seating 6 and a 50 inch screen television with many English and European channels to choose from. It also has air conditioning. Wifi is free and is a good speed.

The kitchen is fitted with quality integrated appliances including a dishwasher, hob and full size oven and a fridge. There is a utility room with a large fridge freezer and a washing machine. Free filtered water from the tap, no need to carry heavy bottles.
There is also a downstairs shower room with a walk in shower and toilet.

The main bedroom has its own balcony, again with magnificent views. It has air conditioning and a range of fitted wardrobes.

The twin bedroom also has air con and fitted wardrobes. If you prefer this can be made up as a superkingsize double.

The bathroom has a bath with shower over.

The property is situated in a quiet urbanisation built in the traditional Andalucian style, with well kept gardens and pleasant walkways. The house is a 2-3 min drive/15-20 min walk to the centre of Nerja. Burriana Beach is 2km away.

There’s ample parking should you wish to hire a car.

The communal swimming pool area has two pools, with a waterfall cascading from the upper pool to the lower pool. There’s plenty of space to soak up the sunshine. It as a sauna that is sometimes available.
