Villa

Villa Athenee consists of two identical villas right next to each other, fully furnished with hotel serrvices, newly built 340sq.m, situated at LENO VILLAS, a wind-protected area called LENO at the south part of the island. They offer views to the seas of Psarrou (Nammos beach), Paradise (Club Cavo Paradiso, Tropicana) 7 min, Paranga (Scorpios and Kalhua) 7 min, Platis Gialos (beach Bonatsa) 6min and amazing sunset.

The villas consist of 3 levels and have 7 bedrooms (two of which are smaller), 6 bathrooms and a guest W.C. One of the villas has12 beds and one double sofa bed in the playroom which turns into a couch so the space can become a living room with bar. The other villa also has 12 beds but it has two double sofa beds in the playroom.
There are two living rooms with fireplace, dining table, open plan kitchen at the ground floor, a very spacious playroom with another fireplace and bar at the pool level and 3 very large verandas with pergolas.
Each villa has a large private pool with jacuzzi and underwater seats. There is also a second, private pergola in the vast area around the pool which is covered by marbles in earth tones. Next to the pool there is a built-in bbq.
Right outside the villa there is secure, open air parking.
The villas are constructed according to the traditional myconian architecture with perfect planning, within a wonderfully designed and lush garden, prominent features of which are the white plaster, the natural rocks, the local stone, the plastered fireplaces, the built-in couches and the characteristic Cycladic arches.
There is a safe in each villa and all night security guard.
