Private pool for the sole use of its guests. 3 bedrooms, 1 large bathroom, and small bathroom on second floor. Fully furnished kitchen with all mod cons. The property offers plenty of space to sit and relax, pleasant surroundings and gardens. Close to Senigallia and the sea 20 mins approx. Lots of decent restaurants within a few miles drive of the house. We are 20 kms from Senigallia, heading west towards Arcevia, in the middle of the Verdicchio wine area. (Not near Ancona as this site suggests).
