This is a lovely studio apartment, completed to a high standard. It consists of an open planned area where you will find a large king size bed with fully fitted mirrorred wardrobes, leading onto a lounge area with large sofa, television unit and coffee table, this in turn leading onto the fully fitted integrated kitchen, including fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob. There is also a shower room off the bedroom area consisting of large shower cubicle, toilet, wash basin and washing machine.

There is an air conditioning unit in the studio, which is coin operated (payable by guests if they choose to use it), to ensure that your stay is comfortable in all temperatures. There is very good wifi in the studio, which is free of charge. The studio also comes with a full Sky TV package for you to enjoy, including Sky Movies, Sky Sports, BT Sports, etc, and this again is included free of charge.

Outside the studio is a totally private and sunny courtyard, with large outside dining table and chairs, and also 2 sunloungers. There is also a Weber charcoal BBQ for you to make the most of the outside experience. You will also find a clothes drying airer in the courtyard.

The studio is situated on a quiet residential community with a local shop only 2 minutes walk away - ideal for those daily bits and bobs! The Town Centre of Playa Blanca is only a 15 minute walk from the apartment, where you will find a great selection of shops, restaurants, bars and beaches.
