Apartment

Our Carabeo 2000 apartments 1.3, 2.3 and 3.3 have two terraces overlooking the sea: One terrace is accessible from the living and kitchen and the other one from the two bedrooms. The Carabeo 2000 2.1 and 3.1 have only one terrace giving out to the West and have diagonal sea view. There is sunshine till sunset. The Carabeo 2000 2.1 and 3.1 have a second toilet which is comfortable if the family or friends are with 4 or 5 people. The CARABEO 2000 3.1 has no dish washer – all others have it.

This luxury apartments are located on the first, second and third floor of a small building (only four floors:including ground floor with patio). It is in the Centre of Nerja and 125 m from the beache CARABEO and 150 m from the beach CARABEILLO which lies close to the popular BURRIANA beach. The famous BALCON DE EUROPA is at only about 400 – 450 m. Shops and restaurants are just at a short walk from the apartment. A car is not needed! (If you don’t plan to do a few excursions, of course).

There are two bedrooms: The Master bedroom has a King Size bed with very comfortable mattresses. The second bedroom has two single beds with also excellent mattresses. Guests with a sensitive back or sleeping problems are very happy and are sleeping very well on our visco-elastic toppers which adapt itself to the form of your back. The kitchen is very well equipped with all possible utensils. Everything is provided for long journeys. There is a refrigerator with freezing compartiment and an electrical grill,blender, coffee makers, kettle, thé pots and so forth.

All apartments have: a flat screen TV and can receive many international TV and Radio channels including English, French, German, Spanish, Russian, Scandinavians (on request) and so forth. There is also free W-Lan Internet, a-DVD player, a dishwasher and a washing machine, a hair dryer, Iron and Ironing board and so forth. You have access to the sun terrace where you also can take a sun bath: there are 4 deck chairs per apartment.

-We provide towels, beach towels, téa towels and linens..
Total capacity is from one to 4 – maximum 5 people (if we put an extra bed or mattress in the living room or in one of the bedrooms).
-Pets are not allowed.
-Smoking is allowed only on the private terrace.
It’s forbidden to smoke on the sun terrace!
-There is a lift.

Nerja is a very popular spot for overwintering for Americans, Canadians, Germans, Dutch, Scandinavians and British. We are gratfull to all guests that are sending reviews to TRIPADVISOR, ZOOVER, athe Russian (See Carabeo card) and in many others. The landlady Nuttee and her husband Frans are living nearby and are always at your disposition for any question or help you might need. Please note: prices are for two people. Each additional person of more than 7 years there is an extra charge of 9 Euro per night. VAT is included.
