You are invited to explore Athens, living in a Stylish apartment set on the first floor of a Unique, Neoclassical building of 1910,
The building is located in the famous area of Psirri, within the historical centre of Athens. The building has in total 8 private properties 2 in each floor, ( 6 apartments and 2 suites ). This apartment which is named APT/2B is a specious 65 m2 flat, set on the second floor of our beautiful and historical building. The apartment has high ceilings (up to 4 meters high) with large windows, plenty of days light and a great skyline view. From its marble balcony you can overlook Epikourou and Evripidou Street. In detail, this apartment features a spacious living room, with sitting area , one fully equipped kitchen, (including electric stove and oven , refrigerator with deep freezer, microwave oven, washing machine, coffee machine, etc) , one bedroom with a double bed connected to the living room through a slide door and one bathroom.
There is a double sofa bed in the living room, which can be set as a double bed and can accommodate 2 extra quests.
One more extra fold out bed can be available upon request in case it is needed for one more guest.
In total, this apartment can accommodate 5 guests. The living room is also equipped with a table and one 32 inches smart flat TV. Free wifi is also available in the property.
