The property lies in a hilly and quiet location at 6 kms of the well known city of Todi. From the property you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view on the landscape and Todi self (you can also see the church Santa Maria della Consolazione). The property features a large private garden of around 6000sqm meter with a 12 by 6 meter pool. The whole property is for private use of the tenant (not shared with other holiday makers or owner). On the west-southern side there is a big and well maintained lawn, nice to let the children play football or run freely in the garden. Next to the house and lawn there is an equipped area to cook outdoor with barbecue and outdoor oven. There are also tables and chairs for outdoor dining. The pool lies on the north-eastern side of the house, from here you can enjouy the panoramic views on the landscape and Todi. The pool is 12x6 meter with romain steps. The depth is overall 135cm. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers, garden chairs and sun umbrellas. There are also tables and chairs on this side of the building to eat outdoor. The property is suitable for 10 persons and there is also a baby cot available. The house is subdivided into 3 apartments. Each has a living/ding room with kitchen, 1 or 2 bedrooms, bathroom. The smallest is suitable for 2 persons. The second one has 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and the other has a single bed (it's possible to add here an extra bed). The biggest one has 2 double bedrooms. The 3 apartments have all fridge, cooking corner, oven, TV, toaster, american coffee machine and Wi-fi internet connection. There is a washing machine in one apartment. Shops and supermarkets are all available at 6 kms in the city of Todi. The nearest restaurant is at 1,3 kms from the property (Trattoria Cibocchi), many more available in and around Todi.
