Villa Elena is a modern, luxurious holiday property located in the ideal location of Ixia. It offers a wonderful private swimming pool and an easy access to the beach in an only 5 minute drive. Also, the villa is close to the airport of the island, less than a 15 minute drive. Suitable for families or groups of friends of up to 8 people, this modernly decorated villa combines luxury, comfort and privacy in a central location close to all conveniences available in the area.


The villa’s interior offers comfortable and functional spaces with modern décor, creating a pleasant atmosphere, ideal to relax and enjoy your holidays. The villa offers 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, 3 double bedded rooms and one with twin beds. Two of the bedrooms include bathrooms. There are 3 bathrooms in total, one with a bathtub and 2 with a shower. There is a kitchen fully equipped for any meal preparation accompanied from the sitting area. Also, there is a comfy large living room with 2 separate sitting areas and a large flat screen TV with satellite channels and a game console. Outdoors, villa offers a private swimming pool with its sunbeds to relax in the hot summer days while working on your tan. There are also BBQ facilities where you can light up the fire and prepare a great meal for an evening gathering with family and friends. Last but not least, there is a table tennis for spending your evenings and a playground for the kids.

The villa is conveniently located within walking distance of a wide range of conveniences that you might need during your holidays in the area of Ialysos. Guests will find all the urban necessities such as supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies and car rentals. Ialysos beach is found in a distance of only a 5 minute drive. The beach is great for anyone looking for beach related activities and at the same time an excellent place to enjoy an unforgettable, romantic sunset. Nature lovers and sight seekers will love Filerimos Mountain that is in close proximity of the villa and offers great hiking paths through the ancient forest to the top of the mountain, where you can visit the medieval monastery and enjoy the breath taking, panoramic view of the west side of the island and the Aegean sea. Airport of Rhodes is found less than 15 minute drive away from the villa. Also, you should consider visiting Lindos, which is found in a short distance of a 50 minute drive; Lindos Acropolis is the most exquisite archaeological site of Rhodes and has the dreamiest beaches. Also, visitors should explore the Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage, in a distance of about a 20 minute drive away from the villa.
