The house is situated in a small village called Asteri approx 10 km from the city centre of Rethymnon , only 1.4 km (3 min) from the beach ,72 km from Heraklio airport and 76 km from Chania airport. Also at about 50 meters from the house there is a bus station that takes you to other villages and to Rethymno town.
The property has all the characteristics of a traditional cretan village house. The house will give you the opportunity to experience the true cretan lifestyle.
Asteri is a traditional village with a lot of traditional tavernas. One of them is opposite of the house and another one is situated only 500 m far.
In only 1.4 km from the house you can find super markets, caffes, pharmacies, bakeries etc. In fact everything you need ,to make your time spent there truly memorable.
The 85sqm house includes one bedroom, one bathroom, living room and a fully equipped kitchen.
At the living room there is a sofa that can be used as a bed for an extra guest or for two little children. We can also provide you an extra bed.
There is a delightful view from the roof terrace across the village and to the countryside beyond.
The yard outside of the house is about 40 sqm which is ideal for drinking your morning coffee or reading your favourite book next to the pool, in privacy
The house except from the fire place is connected to the central heating system and provides guests the comfort of a warm home.
