The flat has an independent entrance and consists of a living room with sofas and TV, a small kitchen and a large double bedroom, all with direct access to the terrace. The latter consists of a large living space, partly covered, equipped with tables, chairs, sofa, outdoor sink and barbecue. There are also two further bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, one overlooking the alley and the other with light from the entrance and two bathrooms with shower cubicle. The flat is suitable for a family of up to six people or two couples of friends.
With its wooden-beam ceiling and stylish furniture, the flat is particularly suitable for a clientele that appreciates the qualities of traditional spaces and the charm of historic homes, accompanied by an exceptional view of monuments and the historic landscape and a comfortable set of amenities. The house is in fact equipped with television, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, hob, oven and fans, pocket WIFI.
