Situated in the Costa Papagayo area in a quiet residential cul-de-sac. Our lovely VV tourist licence registered villa has the added advantage of being set on a large plot with an extensive outdoor area of 400m2 consisting of a very spacious private walled rear terrace and garden area featuring a lovely 8m x 4m (1.4m depth) swimming pool offering complete privacy and stunning mountain views. This is the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun all day. The villa has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms . The master bedroom with patio doors leading onto the pool terrace has a kingsize bed and a modern ensuite with bath and shower.The second bedroom has twin beds.The master and twin bedrooms have air conditioning ( coin operated ) and shutters fitted to all windows. There is a modern family bathroom with a stylish walk in shower. The kitchen with attached utility room is fully equipped including a microwave, air-fryer, dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine for added convenience. The comfortable and spacious lounge/ dining room has a large patio door leading onto the extensive and private pool terrace and shaded pagoda area. There is additional outdoor tables and chairs and a comfortable seating area. The large terrace has an 8x4 metre private pool with Roman style steps, comfortable sunbeds and a large BBQ area featuring a stone Canarian style BBQ covered with a wooden pagoda and with further shaded seating and dining furniture.The villa is tastefully furnished , cleaned and maintained to a high standard by our local Property Managers. Free fast speed WIFI (upto 100mbps) is provided for all guests along with cable TV on a 43" smart TV that has the Full UK Sky package which includes Sky Sports , BT Sports , Sky Films and all terrestrial channels such as BBC’s , ITV’s - over 200 channels in all and over 4500 Movies on demand.The pool is solar heated all year. During the summer months additional heating is normally unnecessary, but from October to April the electric heater is also used and included in the price and will provide a pool temperature of 27º to 29º C. To the front of the villa is a driveway with covered parking. It is a pleasant 20 minute stroll to the front of Playa Blanca with its numerous bars , restaurants and the lovely sheltered Playa Dorada beach. The nearest supermarket is Aldi which is an easy 500 metres walk from the villa. All linen and towels are included (including a beach towel for each guest). The villa is legally registered ( VV) for holiday rental.
