Luxury Villa Small Paradise is situated in the very center of town Stanici, just 5 km from the historic town of Omiš. In front of the Villa there is a beautiful, large swimming pool of 35 square meters with hydrolysis system, a Jacuzzi for 6 people and on the ground floor there is a sauna for 4 people and the fitness room. Villa can accommodate 8+2 people. Luxury Villa Small paradise has 400 square meters and is located in the area of 1000 square meters. On the ground floor, you can relax in the sauna, meditation room or fitness room. On the ground floor, there is also a game room where you can enjoy at the bar, football table, and SAT-smart TV.
Connected with the stone staircase on the first floor there is the fully equipped kitchen where you can enjoy preparing different specialties or relax drinking glass of wine at the bar. On the first floor, you will find a dining area with dining table, living room with SAT- smart TV and the guest toilet. On the second floor, there are 4 bedrooms with carefully chosen furniture and each bedroom has en- suite bathroom. All rooms are air-conditioned, equipped with SAT-smart TVs, and have a private terrace where you can enjoy drinking your first-morning coffee with a breathtaking view of the clear and crystal blue sea and nearby islands.
