The property is located at the exclusive gated Palmyra development within the resort of Vila Sol which is only a short drive from Vilamoura and its beautiful marina. Palmyra is only a 20 minute drive from Faro Airport.

We have a stunning, luxurious 4 bedroom townhouse with fantastic views from the roof terrace overlooking the golf course and the sea in the distance.

We operate a strict 'no smoking' policy in the property. This is an ideal rental for families or couples. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate stag or hen parties. (Please note the organizer must be aged 23 years or above).

The spacious 'L' shaped living area has a large table which seats up to 8 and a lounge area with 2 comfy sofas and Internet TV with 80+ channels including all the Sky movies and sports channels. WiFi is available throughout the property with high speed internet access.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and not forgetting a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and microwave.

Double doors from the living area lead onto the patio which offers tables and chairs to seat 8 plus a BBQ. An ideal place for the late lunch or pre-dinner drinks!

Master Bedroom:
Luxury super king bed with bedside tables, dressing table and mirror. There is a walk-in dressing room with ample storage and an en-suite bathroom with 2 basins, a spacious shower cubicle and separate bath.

Second Bedroom:
Luxury super king bed with bedside tables, dressing table, mirror and built-in triple wardrobe. En-suite with single basin and a bath with a shower attachment & screen.

Third Bedroom:
Twin room with two single beds with bedside tables, extra large chest of drawers and a mirror. The en-suite has a single basin and walk-in shower.

Fourth Bedroom:
Twin room with two single beds with a bedside table and built-in triple wardrobe. Adjacent to shared bathroom with large shower cubicle.

There are superb views across the golf course and of the sea and Vilamoura marina in the distance from the wonderful private roof terrace.

Within the Palmyra complex you can choose from any of the 4 communal pools, 2 of which are a stones throw from the property and the others only 2 minutes walking distance. Beach towels are provided with our compliments.

The gardens are beautifully manicured and a pleasure to walk around, there is also ample space for children to play outside.

There are 2 underground parking spaces allocated for your convenience.

The 27-hole championship Vila Sol golf course is walking distance and the beach only 10 mins drive away, this is an ideal holiday destination for friends and families of all ages.

All bath and beach towels and bed linen are provided and included in the price.
