This recently renovated family holiday home is located within walking distance to Pollensa and serves as a welcoming and relaxing vacation getaway.



A private pool (4m x 8m, depth from 1m to 2m) offers views of the surrounding mountains, and a shaded dining area features a barbecue, dining table, chairs, and views of the villa.



Inside, you'll find every comfort and amenity that you would find in your own home, including a comfortable living room with white sofas, a charming American-style kitchen, and a quaint dining area in between the kitchen and living room.



The ground floor features one bedroom with two single beds plus ensuite bathroom, and a double bedroom with a shower room.



A few steps up from this area is a corridor with a full shower room, a bedroom with two single beds, and a double bedroom with picture window overlooking the gardens. Sizes of the beds are 100x200 cm for single bed and 130x200 cm for double bed.



Guests at this charming countryside villa can enjoy proximity to local sites such as the beach (6km), Puerto Pollensa )6.5km), and Cala St. Vicente (5.4km). Restaurants and a supermarket are just 1.5km from the villa.
