Villa Ponta for 4 guests with a private pool, just 1.4km from Old Town Pollensa and 8km from the beach!



A gated driveway leads up to the parking area where the 14,000-square-meter property lays before you. Climb the steps to the covered terrace and front door where you can enter the one-story villa's living room and dining room, plus fully outfitted modern kitchen with electric appliances.



Follow the archway to reach the double bedroom, a second bedroom with two single beds, and two full bathrooms. The bed sizes are 100x200 cm for single bed and 130x200 cm for the double bed.



Out by the terrace, go for a dip in your private, secluded, salt-water swimming pool (4.5m x 8m, depth 1m to 1.7m) or lounge on the sun chairs as you soak in the surrounding scenery of mountains and blue skies. A free-standing barbecue allows you to cook under the sun and then enjoy your meals at the outdoor dining table under the stars.



Although nestled in the Mallorca countryside, you're never too far from to local sites such as Pollença (1.4km), Puerto Pollença (8.4km), and Cala St. Vicente (7.3km). The nearest beach is 8.4km from the villa, a supermarket is just 1.9km away, restaurants are 1.9km away, and a golf course is 4.4km away.
