The property is in a prime position only a 5 min walk from the 5* Elba Palace Golf Hotel overlooking the first tee... 20 mins walk to the nearest beach & shopping.

The outside area adjacent to the pool is ideal for alfresco entertaining. Tropical plants, trees and bougainvillea grow around the property and trail from pots on the veranda and sunny terraces. From the large roof top sun terraces magnificent panoramic views can be enjoyed.
