Villa Anne-Maria consists of 2 independent units with 3 bedrooms each. It offers spacious and sunny bedrooms, and it is able to accommodate up to 12 guests and 1 child. The villa has been built in a traditional Cycladic architectural design, it is fully renovated and has magnificent view over the town and the Aegean Sea. It is priviliged located on a hill only 3 km from Parikia town.

The two units are autonomous with separate entrances, kitchen and living rooms, verandas and bathrooms. Τhe villa can host independently two families or couples giving everyone their own space to relax and unwind in complete comfort. It has ample and comfortable dining and living areas and a perfectly fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary amenities for an unforgettable stay. Villa Anne-Maria 1 is 140 sq.m surrounded by spacious outdoor verandas with a covered BBQ area.The house consists of the ground floor and the first floor. At the ground floor there is a well decorated living room, a large dining room, two of the bedrooms, one bathroom and an open plan, fully equipped kitchen. On the first floor there is the third bedroom with direct access to a huge veranda with exceptional views and one smaller bathroom!

Villa Anne-Marie 2 is 135 sq.m surrounded by the garden area and it also has spacious outdoor verandas with a second BBQ and pool view. At the ground floor there is a well decorated living room, a large dining room, three bedrooms which are seperated by four steps from the rest of the house, two bathrooms and an open plan, fully equipped kitchen.

At the outdoor, there are large verandas around the villa with stunning sea view, mountain view and pool view.The private and large swimming pool with many sitting and dining areas around are ideal so as to enjoy your meals and relax during your accommodation.
