Soak in stunning views from the Tramuntana mountains to the bay of Pollensa and beyond from this five-bedroom villa of 210 square meters.



A stone patio surrounds the large, infinity-style swimming pool that measures 4m by 15m and has a depth of 1m to 2.1m. A barbecue and outdoor patio area provide a peaceful setting for a home-cooked meal before retreating indoors for family time in front of the living room's TV. Sneak into the fully equipped kitchen for a late-night snack where standard kitchen appliances can be found and utilised.



The ground floor of this two-story villa features comprises a light-filled lounge/dining area with cream-coloured sofas and a dining table complete with 10 chairs.



This level also includes a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a twin bedroom (two single beds) with ensuite shower room, a further twin bedroom (two single beds) and a shower room. Each of these bedrooms has terrace access through patio doors. The bed sizes are as follows: 100x200 cm for single bed and 130x200 cm for double bed.



Stairs lead up to the first floor where there is a twin bedroom (two single beds), a double bedroom featuring a floor-to-ceiling windows, and a full bathroom.



Guests at historic Villa La Vinya can enjoy proximity to local sites such as Pollença (3.8km), Puerto Pollença (10.2km), and Cala St. Vicente (9.5km). The nearest beach is 5.5km from the villa, a supermarket is just 4km away, restaurants are 4km away, and a golf course is 8.3km away.
