This luxurious holiday home/chalet for a maximum of 10 people is located directly in Piesendorf in Salzburgerland, a short distance from Zell am See, Kaprun and Saalbach-Hinterglemm and with a ski bus stop 300 meters from the house.

The holiday home/chalet is spread over 3 floors and offers a large living area on the top floor with an open, fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a cozy TV corner with sofa, a balcony and a bedroom with private bathroom.

On the ground floor there are two more spacious double rooms with TV, a four-bed room with 2 bunk beds for children, 2 bathrooms and a sun terrace with deck chairs. In the basement there is a large ski cellar where you can dry your ski boots and ski clothes. The highlight after a long day in the mountains is the spacious wellness area with sauna, shower, deck chairs and seating area. Bed linen, towels and, if required, a cot or high chair (for an additional charge) are available.

The Schmittenhöhe ski area is located directly in Zell am See with 77 kilometers of slopes and 28 facilities and lifts, ideal for skiers and snowboarders. In total, the Zell am See - Kaprun region offers 3 ski areas with a total of over 400 kilometers of slopes with the 2 other ski areas Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm - Leogang - Fieberbrunn and the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area.

In summer, the Hinkelsteinbad in Piesendorf, the Niedernsill natural bathing lake with its spacious lawns and 16,000 m2 of water, the Käpt"n Hook adventure pool in Saalbach-Hinterglemm or the lido on Lake Zell in Zell am See offer plenty of bathing fun. A tip for the whole year is the Tauern Spa in Kaprun with 12 different pools and activity pools.

The center of Piesendorf can be reached in just a few minutes, where you will find various shops, supermarkets and restaurants.
