Check-In & Check-Out

Reception hours (Mon–Sat, 10:00 AM–5:00 PM): Check in at reception, leave luggage, and collect keys if arriving early

Outside reception hours: Self-check-in available after completing guest registration and paying the tourist tax via secure online links.
To receive the codes and instructions for the key locker and building entrance, you must first complete the mandatory guest data registration and pay the tourist tax/pending payments via the secure online links we will send. Please make sure that all the pending payments are completed before your arrival in order to receive check in instructions.
Keys are collected at the Cool Jazz building next door.

Check-out by 11:00 AM — please remove trash, leave keys inside, and close the door securely

6,88 € per night and person will be added to the total price.

Pets - not allowed
Arrival between 21:00 and 23:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 23:00 and 02:00 is subject to 40 late arrival fee.
