On the main floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, a living-dining room with a dining table, a sofa and TV area, and access to a beautiful terrace. There is also a bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning, and a bathroom with a shower. Climbing an internal staircase, we reach the upper floor where we find a second bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning. The third double bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning and a pleasant terrace. There is also a full bathroom with shower.

The bungalow has a private 20 m² outdoor parking space. Terrace for outdoor dining, sun loungers and gas barbecue. Communal swimming pools and lawn area for sunbathing by the pool.

It is located 1 km from La Fustera supermarket, 2 km from La Fustera sandy beach, 4 km from Calpe, 8 km from Ifach golf course and 80 km from Alicante airport.
