The apartment has 2 comfortably sized bedrooms with wardrobes, 1 bathroom and a big open plan kitchen, dining, living room. It is great for families as the beach is just 100m away with a few beach bars, and the town centre 200m away. A small supermarket and bakery is nearby for supplies.
Also nearby is the island of Brijuni, which is a national park, and organised tours start from the harbour in Fazana.Apartment is on the first floor of a three storey building. The apartment is compact with all the rooms laid out on one floor. Within the apartment there is a staircase to the second floor with more bedrooms but this will be locked and not in use.
The apartment has 3 private parking spaces at the rear of the property.
Guests will receive a pamphlet containing information about the apartment and flyers of nearby amenities.The neighbourhood is very quiet, mostly private houses with apartments. Adjacent to the property is a footpath to the beach. Once on the beach there is a coastal path linking Fazana with Valbandon with several beach bars, some for relaxing, some for the young at heart!
Visiting Pula and other surrounding towns is best done by private car as the local transport services are currently few and far between.
