A private gated driveway leads to the house located on a pine-covered hill which offers the ideal setting for a relaxing holiday. This new and comfortable air-conditioned country house is equipped to the highest standard. On the ground floor is the spacious living room with flat screen TV, SAT, DVD and fireplace. The modern open kitchen with dining area has a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle. The utility room disposes of a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. On the same floor, there´s also 3 double bedrooms. One of them is suitable for wheelchair users and has a en-suite shower. The other 2 double bedrooms share 1 bathroom together. The 3 next bedrooms all have 2 twin beds and en-suite bathrooms, 1 with bathtub, the other two with shower. Outside, the natural garden with pine trees offers complete privacy. There´s a brick built barbecue and terrace with dining space for 12 persons. The private pool (8 x 5 meters) with sun loungers and grassed area invites for a relaxing day of sunbathing.
