This 2 bedroom,  1 bathroom property is ideally situated to enjoy all of the local amenities including Zenia Boulevard only a 5 minute drive away and 5 golf courses all within a 15 minute drive.  The kitchen is fitted with a microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher, opens up into the living room which is fitted with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and English TV is available, you will find a comfy sofa and indoor dining area. On the second floor you will find a double bedroom with air conditioning and fitted wardrobes which leads out onto a balcony. 

The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a wardrobe together with air conditioning.  Also on this level there is a family bathroom.  The property has use of a lovely communal pool.  Outside you will find a balcony for every room and a nice solarium area for soaking up the sun.   You will find bars and restaurants a short walk away or many commercial centres within a 5 minute drive.

Blue flag beaches can be found along the coast with beach bars promenades, you will find a water park in Torrevieja open during peak season and live entertainment on many of the beaches throughout the area.

La Zenia beach is your closest beach where you will find a beach bar and restaurant with sun loungers and parasols for hire. Most of the beaches in the area have good facilities so try them all and find the best one for you.   At Mil Palmeras they have inflatable’s in the sea.

The Valencian region has introduced a new law where property rentals in this region are no longer allowed to rent out for more than 10 days, if you book for longer you will not be protected as the rental will not be legal.

Fees & Services
€70 is payable on arrival for clean and laundry.
A €15 surcharge applies for arrivals 8.00pm to 10.00pm.
€25 will apply for arrivals after 10.00pm.
Arrival is after 2.00pm and departure before 10.00am unless other arrangements have been made.
