Villa

The villa, with stunning sea views, is located in a quiet area, and just a short walk from everything you can need: Less than 5 min walk to the beaches, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, little commercial centre,, scuba diving, gym, Padel tennis courts, beach bars, Forest walks, etc. Air-conditioning throughout the whole house.

There is also a Kayak and SUP (Stand Up Paddle board) available for your use, which you can put into the water right in front of the house and enjoy exploring the bay from one beach to the other. There are a few caves that can be explored by Kayak very near the house.

There is Air-conditioning and WIFI around the whole house. SMART TV, some things to entertain the children, Nintendo Wii, toys, board games, pool inflatable's, beach 'stuff', etc.

For young children - The pool is protected by a sliding stainless steel barrier.

The beautiful old town of Ciutadella is only a half hour walk away, or just a few minutes by car. There you will find the beautiful narrow cobbled streets of the old capital of the island. Lovely plazas to sit and have coffee, little markets and the port of Ciutadella with plenty of restaurants and night life.

The villa sleeps 9 comfortably, but the prices are for up to 6.
