Triopetra beach is situated approximately 47 km south of Rethymno and 12 km southeast of the village of Akoumia. It consists of two beaches separated by a small peninsula.

In Akoumia village, just 10 km from the villa, you can explore cafes, fruit and vegetable shops, a butcher, and a mini-market where you can stock up on your favorite food, beverages, and essential items.
