This beautiful 1 bedroom house is located in the area of Costabella, 60 meters from one of the best beaches in Marbella, close to several golf courses and a few minutes drive to Marbella centre. The charming home is 40 sqm built on a single level, with a private garden and pool on a plot of 300 meters, all fully gated and with a private parking space. We offer wifi, all basic amenities and a cot upon request. There is AC available in the bedroom and living room.
Costabella is one of Marbella`s most sought after residential areas. It is about 10 minutes driving from the centre of Marbella and approx. 40 minutes drive from the international airport of Malaga. The area offers beautiful sandy beaches and lovely beach bars and restaurants all along the coast. It is family orientated, safe and offers a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Within 15 minute walking distance of the villa there are several restaurants, 3 supermarkets, a vet and a beauty salon. Nearby you will also find water parks, a zipline tree adventure park, and numerous water sport options.

Please note that the gardener and pool staff will come and attend to the house on a schedule once a week. We will inform you ahead and can be flexible if you rather they attend at a different time during your stay.
