Can Berenguer is an enchanting and traditional family villa nestled on the outskirts of the old town of Pollensa. The owners of Can Berenguer take great pride in what was once their family home. The villa is surrounded by mature well maintained gardens giving a real sense of privacy. The large terrace at the front of the villa is a great place to relax and escape that midday heat, overlooking the fabulous pool area with the large brick built barbecue to one side, we're sure you’ll enjoy some wonderful alfresco dining.
You may even decide to take a stroll into the historical town of Pollensa which offers some wonderful restaurants and tapas bars. There’s also a bus stop right outside the gates of the house which will take you to the wonderful bays of Cala San Vicente or the large sandy beach of Puerto Pollensa.
The villa is located all on one floor, on entering you will first come into the lounge dining area with the large well equipped kitchen and spacious air conditioned bedrooms located just off from the main living area. A traditional Mallorcan villa and a great base for you to enjoy all of the wonderful surrounding resorts.
