Villa Helen in Karsiyaka, Northern Cyprus, 20 min drive from Kyrenia, set in a quiet location this character stone built villa benefits from a spacious living area both inside and out. The interior is full of Cyprus character with high apex ceilings, stone walls and arches, curved marble staircase leading to the upstairs master suite and marble flooring throughout. The living room is open plan and equipped with 50" smart TV free wifi dining table and chairs, fully stocked kitchen including washing machine dishwasher and water cooler.

There are 3 good sized bedrooms the master having en-suite with walk in shower, king size bed, satellite TV, the French doors open up to an extensive terrace area with an amazing vista of the mountains from the front and a birds eye view of the large pool and garden at the rear. Downstairs are two bright double bedrooms with twin beds in each the front having garden views and the rear overlooking the pool terrace. Family sized bathroom downstairs with full size bath and overhead shower. The Villa has fans in all rooms and Air Conditioning in all bedrooms.

Outside at the front of the property is a private gated drive way and gardens with a seating area which offers shade from hot Cyprus days. the rear boasts a large 10 m x 5 m pool with roman end and terraced area complete with sunbeds, outdoor shaded living area with internet based TV with soundbar and comfortable seats perfect for relaxing in the warm Cyprus evenings, next to the living space is a BBQ and dining table for alfresco dining. All set in a large enclosed garden full of fruit trees, pine trees and offers privacy day and night. To the rear of the garden is a 30m2 games room with 7ft pool table and dartboard table and chairs.

The Villa is situated within walking distance to a sea front restaurant/bar if you walk up to the main road from the Villa there are a couple of small bars, café, barbers, butchers and local shop, also you can take in the sights and sounds of a traditional Turkish wedding on the square.

Flight information: Flights to Cyprus are available from various airports in the UK including Leeds Bradford, Heathrow, Gatwick, Stanstead, Manchester, Belfast, and Glasgow, there are two ways to fly. You can fly to North Cyprus Ercan airport which will involve a stop in Turkey before reaching North Cyprus, the transfer from Ercan to the villa will take approx. 45mins, alternatively you can fly direct to Larnaca airport in south Cyprus and cross the border to North Cyprus this transfer will take approx. 90mins. Transfers can be arranged from either airport. Car hire is strongly recommended to explore the island, this can be arranged for you and delivered to the Villa. We are happy to help with any transfer and car hire at competitive rates.

We chose Northern Cyprus for our holiday home as it is set in a quiet location and beautiful landscapes with access to all the amenities you wish for on holiday, you can chose to relax by the pool or take a dolmus/ car drive into the bustling city of Kyrenia to explore the many shops, bars restaurants and history of the island. The summers are hot and the winters are mild excellent for a winter escape from it all.
