It has 1100 sqf of living space and is situated on the crest of a hill which over looks the Vendicari Nature Reserve and Gulf Di Noto on the same 10 acre plot of land where I have another house - Property No : 8061073. The location commands spectacular views from Siracuse to Noto and Met Etna on a clear day. Noto is the nearest historic town and a Unesco world heritage site.
