¨L´Auba¨ is stunning and unique beach front apartment with panoramic views to the sea. This wonderful summer apartment is located in Playa de Muro on the absolutely gorgeous seafront. It offers a fantastic view of the beautiful Bay of Alcudia/Muro and the surrounding mountains and has direct sea access . Here, you can enjoy a perfect beach holiday in a prestigious location where the white sand beach is right in front of your apartment. Spacious terrace invites you to spend your day time relaxing with your favorite book/magazine or to spend the evening under the clear sky enjoying the sunset. On the first floor you will find a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, as well as three bedrooms and one complete bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have twin beds and one has a double bed and direct access to the terrace with spectacular view of the sea. Upon request, we can provide a cot and a high chair. The absolute highlight of the apartment is the terrace with the large dining table for six and view of the sea. Here you will be allowed to really make the most of warm Mallorcan evenings, alfresco style! The living - dining room is connected to the kitchen which is equipped with all the necessary appliances: fridge, electric oven, microwave, kettle, dishwasher and everything you may need for your holidays. For entertainment throughout your holiday, the villa includes a SMART TV, so that you can access your NETFLIX or AMAZON accounts. There is also free WiFi access. Downstairs there is a small private garden where you will find enough space for sunbeds and BBQ.

On the ground floor there is the garage which has a bathroom with walk in shower with access to beach. All the amenities (supermarkets, restaurants, cafes) are located close from the apartment so it is not necessary to rent a car. A range of top quality golf courses 15-20 min drive away. Check out time is before 10:00

Changeover day: Saturday in high season ( 19th May - 22nd September )

Included in the price : all utility bills, bed linen and bath towels; no pool/beach towels

Eco-tax is not included in the price and it works out at 2,20€ per person older than 16 for the first 8 days, after the 8th day it is 1,10€ for the remaining days (children under 16 do not pay)

Please note: In line with local energy saving initiatives, all air conditioning units are on a timer and available for use for up to 12 hours.
