Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. Kea is a hidden gem in the Cycladic Islands and has its own unique style. As there are very few hotels on the island, private houses are rented out, most or all of them made of local stone. The island has 45 beaches, most of them accessible by boat. Kea is the ideal island for those that want to relax and have a great vacation.

The house is in a small complex of three houses in total, 50 meters from the beach of Otzia. The house is on one level and has a living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a dining area, one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. .

Outside there are covered balconies with a dining area/seating area and sunbeds from where one can sit and enjoy the sea view. At the end of the garden there is a gate that leads to the sea.

PLEASE NOTE: There is also a lower ground floor apartment with an independent entrance, that be rented together with the house or separately.
