An elegantly furnished, fully renovated sottano-style studio with period features (high ceilings, precious painted floor) with separate kitchenette and shower-bathroom located in a former historic pharmacy. Thanks to its street-level access, you can live like a local and put deck-chairs out on the beautiful old piazza. The rooftop terrace offers stunning seaviews and Porta Vecchia beach with crystal clear water is a five minute walk away.
Weekly cleaning and change of towels and bedlinen.

With natural light coming mostly from a single french-window-style opening, as is typical in Apulian architecture, this accommodation is best suited for people at ease in closed spaces. 
Its ground level location makes it ideal for people who prefer not to have to use stairs (note: the rooftop terrace however is accessible only through the main staircase). 
Because there is almost no traffic on Piazza Palmieri, local children will be using the piazza to play

The apartment is scheduled to be cleaned up each 7 days, also in case guests' stay were longer. The cost of this service, which is not an option, is 50 € per week (7 nights stay) to be paid cash at the check-in and will be indicated on the contract for rental.
In fact, after booking, guests are going to receive into their private mailbox 2 documents: 'The general rules of the house' and 'Contract for rental of a holiday house', to be read in advance and subscribed at the check-in. On the contract are written the sums corresponding to the cleaning fee and security deposit for possible damages of the property.

Guests are expected to carry out garbage recycling, by moving the dedicated bins and bags from the apartment to the front door downstairs (and back) on the correct days of the week. A guide for recycling will be furnished.
