The residence is in the historical centre of Monteprandone in a medieval fortress situated in Italy in le Marche region on a hill overlooking the Adriatic Sea.
The residence was opened in 2008 following the restoration of two houses of architectural beauty dating from the 1500s and share the only garden in the historical centre of the town. Monteprandone is near the border between the Marche and Abruzzo regions and only 4 km from the seaside resort of San Benedetto del Tronto. During the sensitive restoration of these medieval buildings great attention was given to detail, to exalt the architectural beauty of the cross-vaulting, wooden beams, hand-made bricks and original frescoes. Each apartment has air conditioning, a kitchenette (fitted kitchen area), two flat-screen digital televisions, internet and Wi-Fi, a safety-security box and an elegant bathroom.
