In the green and beautiful Lunigiana, nestled between the Apennines and the Apuan Alps, we offer you the opportunity to enjoy a holiday surrounded by nature, in complete relaxation by the pool (plus a pool for children and a hydromassage pool), at a short distance from the sea and art cities, with the possibility of savoring cultural and gastronomic experiences, and wonderful walks.

Apartments of different sizes all overlook the ancient courtyard (the most ancient part of the "borgo" (hamlet) dates back to XV Century).

The restoration is recent, respectful of tradition but also compliant with current needs for well-being and environmental protection.

The apartments can be rented separately or together to allow a wonderful holiday to friends, groups, couples or families with children.

The apartment 'Nontiscordardime' (Forget-me-not) is fully furnished, with linen and dishes.
The master bedroom is located on the mezzanine level, above the second bedroom with a single or double sofa bed. An additional bed or crib/cot can be added upon request.

The bathroom has a shower.

The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and refrigerator and is located in the living area with a dining table and a comfortable sofa.

Outside, a cool pergola shades the entrance.

The old barn has been transformed into a comfortable guest lounge with a fireplace, TV, a well-stocked library in several languages, and game tables with board games.

On request, a large kitchen with cookers, ovens and a fireplace for grilling can accomadate up to 20 diners.

Adjacent to the buildings is a large orchard and the farm's workshop, where you can purchase locally sourced produce.
A barbecue is available for outdoor grilling.
