This ground floor apartment is situated in a large complex (with only 4 other apartments) on the banks of the River Herault opposite the City of Agde.
The sandy Mediterranean beach is only 3.5 km away at the mouth of the river and is easily accessed by walking, cycling or driving. Noise from the road outside can occur, especially in the high seaon with many tourists on the camping sites.

The spacious accommodation within this apartment currently offers two double bedrooms both with large double beds and plenty of wardrobe space. There is also one double sofa bed (sleeps 2) within the living area. The apartment has one aircon in the living room.
Other accommodation to be found within the apartment is; a large fully equipped kitchen (both Senseo coffee machine and a filter coffee machine), a good sized bathroom with 1 wash basin and shower. There is a separate toilet.
The focal point of the living room is the window overlooking the apartment's own large terrace and garden area with outside barbecue area.
Secure parking is available within the complex.
This apartment is centrally heated so is ideal for low season breaks.

With Beziers Airport only 10 minutes from Agde - this apartment is ideally located for flying from the UK.
