Montemor-o-Novo is a very quiet and peaceful location, allowing you to fully relax, take a walk in the city centre, ride a horse in the castle or enjoy the 12km ecotrail that begins 100m from the Palace. Nearby you may also go to a small zoo for kids, do jet ski, sky dive or just visit the Escoural Cave, the most ancient cave with rock paintings available to visit in Europe.
