A luxury villa set in the beautiful urbanisation of Punta Lara, Nerja, which sleeps up to 6 adults, or 6 adults and 2 children under 12yrs. The villa commands spectacular views over the Sierra Almijara mountain range and down to the coast line of the Mediterranean Sea. With unrestricted views to the south, the villa enjoys sunshine from sunrise to sunset and the private pool provides a refreshing oasis to cool off in, ideal for all the family!

Bedrooms - The villa is arranged over two floors, presenting a master bedroom with full en-suite facilities, air con and large terrace balcony, and a further three bedrooms, one double (with ceiling fan & air conditioning), one twin-bedded (with ceiling fan & air conditioning) and one twin bedroom (with air conditioning) on the ground floor (suitable for those with limited mobility). There are three bathrooms, master en-suite, family bathroom on the first floor and a shower room on the ground floor. Please note there are no baths in this property.

Lounge/Diner - The living accommodation comprises of a lounge/dining room with air con plus TV and DVD Player, together with a wide selection of DVD's suitable for all and WIFI facilities to ensure that access to the internet is guaranteed for either personal, or, business needs. Dining facilities include a formal dining area seating six persons and an informal outdoor patio dining facility again seating six persons comfortably.

The upstairs terraced balcony also presents two luxurious sun loungers with amazing views of the Sierra Almijara Mountains and Nerja. Kitchen - The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with dish-washer, washing machine, oven and hob, micro-wave and large fridge-freezer.

Pool Area – The villa boasts a private 12ft by 18ft pool and can be heated for a supplementary cost, between Apr - June & Oct subject to weather. The patio is fully equipped with 6 further luxury sun-loungers, & parasol
