The beautiful house Casallegra is accessible through a pedestrian gate and an automatic driveway leading to a 75 sq.m. totally paved private courtyard with the main entrance to the house; open air parking spaces for 2 cars.
Casallegra is luminous, sunny and quiet, the furniture is new, carefully maintained and comfortable, all of which make for a warm and hospitable environment.
Within easy to reach are: a medical ambulatory, a pediatrician’s, a mini market with products of the area, a tobacconist, a newspaper stand, a pub, a snack bar, a playground, the railway station, the bus and taxi stop.

From the living /dining room exit onto a 30 sq. m. tiled covered terrace equipped with large dining table for pleasant meals in the open and to the exclusive 200 sq. m. garden surrounded by a hedge and featuring barbecue and deck chairs.
From the dining/living room a beautiful open stone staircase with wooden handrail leads up to the first floor.
