Spacious two-bedroom maisonette house just in front of the sea at Agia Efthimia nearby Lefokastro village. An ideal destination for a family with babies and small kids, as well as people of all ages who wish to combine relaxation, along with adventurous trips to mount Pelion. This house is on a beautiful coastal property and has its own front and back yard, complete with patio furniture to enjoy the sea view. The most beautiful destinations of mountain Pelion are about 1 hour by car.
The Place
The house has a kitchen, living room and WC at semi-ground floor, two bedrooms and bathroom at the first floor and plenty private outdoor space. Traditionally decorated, provides a relaxed atmosphere of warmth and serenity.
- The bathroom has a large bassinette, toilet bowl and shower. Soaps, bath foam and shampoo are provided to guests. Additionally, there is an external shower at the front yard ready to be used upon return from the beach (and many faucets around the enclose wall).
- The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed and magnificent view of the sea. The second bedroom has two single beds and serene mountain view. Both bedrooms are equipped with large closets. Baby cot can be provided on demand. Linen sheets and towels are available.
- The living room has two comfortable couches which can unfold into beds and a fireplace (freshly provided supply of wood and kindling available upon request). TV with local channels and usb for hdd is also available.
- The kitchen is fully equipped and can be used for coffee, breakfast or food preparation.
- Air-conditioners are placed to every room of the house.
- Eat outside in a spacious veranda with sea views and fresh air or use the inside kitchen’s table to enjoy your breakfast, lunch or meal.
- At the back yard there is a barbeque available for use.

The house is suitable for families, due to the enclosure and the large yard. During the day you are on a delightful beach resort, where you can enjoy sea and sun choosing between a quiet beach with pebbles just in front of the house and a beach with sand just a few meters away. At night, sleep restfully in pure silence without light pollution (with the back ground sounds of nature) so you can feel renewed in paradise.
You will also be just 600 meters (10 minutes walking) from Lefokastro village, where you can find 3 fine restaurants for breakfast, lunch or meal. Slightly further, about 10 minutes by car (3 km), is Afissos village with restaurants, bakery, market, souvenir shops and organized beaches. At the other side, about 16 minutes by car (9 km), is Argalasti, a central village of south Pelion, where you can find more shops, restaurants and bank with ATM if needed. There, you can walk through cobbled roads or spend time to relax at a traditional fresh air square.
The nearest Airport is at New Agchialos where car rental is available. No Public transportation is available for the house. There is free, unrestricted parking at the house’s front yard.
