It is a fantastic villa with breathtaking views at a quiet part of Mykonos, ideal for couples, a small group of friends, or families with grown up children who know how to swim. The villa, built on a 580 square meters plot, consists of the main house, which is available for rent, and a studio - the studio has its own entrance at the north side of the villa and it is your hosts' pied-a-terre.
The main house has its entrance at the south side. The indoor space is 110 square meters and features a living/dining room, three bedrooms each with its own wardrobe, all three air-conditioned, and two bathrooms: one small with a shower and one big with a bathtub which is en suite to bedroom 2.
Bedroom 1 has two single beds, Bedroom 2 two single beds, Bedroom 3 has a queen bed. The single beds can be made to two king size beds, we will ask for your preference before arrival.
There is a single bed in the living room, which can accommodate a seventh person. Please note that there is an extra charge for the 7th person.
The spacious patio, about 50 square meters, is shaded and protected by windbreaks. It has two dining areas that you will love.
The villa has a big (11.5x5.5 m) private swimming pool with ample space around it. You will have exclusive use of the pool. The main house has also a very picturesque 'secret' yard surrounded by rocks. Windbreaks protect terraces and yards from often persistent North wind.
There is ample parking space within the premises: three parking spaces are reserved for the guests' cars or bikes, one for the hosts' car.
The studio is not ordinarily rented. It is your hosts' pied-a-terre and will be used by us only. It will not be rented to another party during your stay. If you are interested to rent the studio as well, you can write to ask availability, price and other details.
Super Paradise beach is 5 mins by car. It is a narrow and steep road, walkable in about 20 mins (going down), 25 mins (going up). Most people find it safer to drive up and down.
Airport and extraordinary supermarket Flora are 1.8 km away, about 10-15 mins by car.
YOU WILL NEED SOME SORT OF VEHICLE (CAR OR MOTORBIKE) TO ENJOY THE BEACHES AND THE OLD TOWN.
We encourage our guests to book their vehicles online before coming to the island, but we are willing to help all those who prefer to book after their arrival. We also happy to help you arranging transfers from and to the airport or port.
