Villa

The ground floor hosts an open plan living dining area leading to a fully equipped kitchen and a separate wc. The first floor hosts the three bedrooms. A double with en suite bathroom and two twin rooms sharing the shower bathroom. There is another staircase leading to the roof garden with sea view. There is air-conditioning throughout the property and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances, fridge, washing machine, microwave and oven and full self catering facilities if you want to stay home and cook. There are also barbecue facilities if you want to cook your fish or burgers on charcoal. The property is equipped with sunbeds and a big umbrella for you to enjoy a relaxing day by the private overflow swimming pool in the warm Cyprus sun.

The master room has a double bed while the two bedrooms have two single beds each.

Beach towels are not provided - we provide cleaned sheets and shower towels for each guest. The villa will be delivered in a cleaned, perfect living condition upon your arrival.

The nearest beach is "Kalamies" and "Pernera" (about 5 minutes walking distance).
